EXTRA TENT POLICY -
Basic charge is for one camping unit.
There is no extra fee for one couples minor children
in an extra tent. An additional no hookup site fee will be
charged for extra adults and/or their minor children.

WEEKLY/MONTHLY RATES
* Seventh night FREE (including holiday
weeks) after paying for six.
* Monthly rate (if your month begins or ends on a holiday
weekend, the higher rate prevails) of $600/month April,
May, September, or October; $750/month Memorial Day - Labor Day.

You may stay later Sunday, or last day of holiday, if site is available.
Specific sites are NOT GUARANTEED. We do try to honor requests.

Seasonal Sites
|
|
|
Join us in 2010. We have many choice sites available for seasonal rental. Save
gas, consider a seasonal site. Join the group of friendly campers who enjoy
goodtimes every week at our park. Seasonal site visitors are FREE before Memorial
Day, and after Labor Day. Seasonal site visitors will be charged a guest fee Memorial Day -
Labor Day. Please inform your visitors.

FREE winter storage is available. Seasonals maintain
their own site. We furnish lawn mowers and gas for them. Electricity is metered and billed
individually. An electric deposit is required (cash or credit card is acceptable). Usage is
unrestricted, stay as much as you like. Subleasing however is prohibited.

Check out our park model cabins. We have a total of three;
each consisting of the following:
- Full kitchen (basic dishes, pots, pans, silverware,
microwave, coffee maker are provided)
- Full bath (must provide your own towels and toiletries)
- Rear bedroom with queen size bed (bedding is provided)
- Living room area with queen hide-a-bed (bedding is provided)
- Dining area (table and four chairs)
- Large deck overlooking Yogi Bear's Favorite Pond

No pets or smoking allowed in Park Model Cabins. All rates are based on
up to four persons. Additional persons $5.00/night with a maximum
capacity of six persons. One-night deposit needed for reservations.
Holidays must be paid in full before arrival. $100 damage deposit is
required if not paying by credit card.

Rustic Cabins
|

Sleeps four. Cabin has two rooms. One room is a kitchen with cooking facilities, dorm-sized
refrigerator and a futon for two. The second room contains another futon, table and chairs.
You must bring your own cookware and bedding. Cabin has water and electricity, no air
conditioning or bathroom. It is located near the Ranger Station/pool. There is a picnic table
and fire ring. One-night deposit needed for reservations. Holidays must be paid in full before
arrival. $100 damage deposit is required if not paying by credit card.

minimum of two (2) nights, if Friday or Saturday are
