Refunds, minus a $20.00 handling fee or a full credit on a future stay in the same year will be issued with a 7 day or more notice. No refunds for less notice, no shows, or same day cancellations. Sites & cabins will be held until 11:00 p.m. only without notice. Party is responsible for all reserved nights. We reserve the right to substitute sites if necessary. No refunds or credits with less notice, to "no shows" or for same day cancellations. Camping is an outdoor experience. As such, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature or for early departures. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and, therefore, we enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. Your credit card will be billed the amount of $20.00 per night immediately. In the case of annual and monthly reservations, additional deposit will be required and you will be contacted with specifics. You may also call us at the above numbers. A two-night minimum is required for reservations made for weekends (unless traveling through) from June - August. A three-night minimum is required on Holiday Weekends. Extra tent on site: Basic charge is for one (1) camping unit. There is no charge for one couple's minor children. An additional no-hookup site fee will be charged for additional adults and/or their minor children.
